Credit Card Policy: Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted. If the charges to your credit card are declined, we will attempt to contact you at our first opportunity. Please make sure we have your daytime phone number. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be placed on hold for 3 business days. After that time your order will be returned to stock. To avoid any delays, check your available credit before placing your order. All orders will be shipped to card holder only.

Back Orders: We will no longer be shipping back ordered parts unless specified by the customer and then will be shipped as we receive parts.

Kart Orders: All kart orders will be shipped prepaid only unless a credit card is used.

Sales Tax: 7.5% NC Sales tax will be added to any order received in North Carolina.

Returns: returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee except when there is an error in filling the order or defective product.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused all future shipments will be sent only if prepaid prior to shipment. Method of payment must be in the form of a certified check or money order. A $20 service charge will be added to the next order to cover shipping.

Freight: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All damage and/or loss claims must be made with the delivering carrier within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.

Prices: All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to keep our prices current and try to only increase prices when our suppliers increase prices to us.

Warranties/Guarantees: Hodge Racing Supplies does not guarantee any items sold. Neither do we express any warranty for any items sold.
